Yakitori is one of traditional Japanese cuisines.
It is grilled bite size pieces of chicken, beef, pork and vegetables on skewers. Enjoy not only Yakitori but also Japanese traditional dishes together. We serve authentic Japanese cuisine by Japanese.
Our Tare (Special Teriyaki Sauce) is made using Japanese techniques
Boil chicken bones in soy sauce for a whole day, add seasonings on the second day, and aged for one day, making a total of three days. That\'s why our Yakitori is special!!
Our head chef Shu Takaya has been Syugyo(practice) in Tokyo for over 15 years
In the unique culture of Japan, it takes many years to practice until you become a Yakitori Master. He carefully Shikomi (prepares) fresh meats one by one every day.
