The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UCHCI) are the terms and conditions on the basis of which hospitality businesses in the Netherlands, e.g. hotels, restaurants, cafes and related businesses (including catering businesses, party service businesses and the like) provide hospitality services and conclude hospitality agreements.
The UCHCI were filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Woerden and registered there under number 40482082.
The UCHCI apply for reservations and agreements between Yakitori HANABi and the customer with the exceptions as stated below:
Article 1.10 Group
Yakitori HANABi defines a group is as a group of people of 8 or more people versus UCHCI as a group of 10 or more people.
Article 9.3.1 Groups cancellation fee
Instead of the text of Article 9.3.1 of the UCHCI, the following text applies :
If a reservation for a hospitality service comprising the provision of food and/or beverages alone was made (table reservation) for a group then the following percentages of the reservation value apply in case of cancellation later than 1 calendar day before the day of the reservation that the customer must pay to the hospitality business: € 50 per person for the number of people that the reservation was made for.
9.4 Cancellation of other hospitality agreements
Instead of the text of Article 9.4 of the UCHCI, the following text applies :
For cancellations of reservations of 7 or fewer people later than 1 calendar day before the day of the reservation the customer must pay the amount of the security deposit with a minimum of € 10 per person for the number of persons that the reservation was made for.
And also, if the number of persons decrease upon arrival or notify us on the day, the security deposit for the reduced number of persons will be charged as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
